The April 2011 issue of QST features an article describing the PICAXE project developed by the OARC ("Canadian Club Digs PICAXE"). The article appears on page 61. It was originally published in a longer format in the Jan./Feb. 2010 issue of TCA ("Introducing Microcontrollers To Your Amateur Radio Club".
